How to order and payment You will be required to pay 10% of the agreed price with the balance to be paid when the item is made (up to 10 working days). If the ring is in stock it can be sized and delivered within 24 hours. If the ring has to be remade to your specification, it can take up to 10 working days. All diamonds over .40 carat will come with full documentation as to the carat, cut, clarity and colour of the stones involved and the purity of the gold. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund service. Returns Policy: Provided goods are returned as sold within 10 days of receipt, we can exchange any goods, send replacements or refund your money.
